Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using StreamDesk. By subscribing to or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
StreamDesk is a live stream assistant service operated by Traclin Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN 202113251D). We provide trained human assistants who support creators during their live sessions on platforms including TikTok LIVE, YouTube Live, and Twitch.
The service includes, depending on the subscribed plan, chat moderation, viewer engagement, gift donor identification and tracking, community management, and post-live reporting.

By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
StreamDesk offers three subscription tiers: Basic ($149/month), Pro ($300/month), and Elite ($1,000/month). Each plan includes a defined number of monthly live coverage hours as described on our website at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions are billed monthly, on the 1st of each calendar month. Your first payment is due at the time of sign-up and covers service from the date of activation to the end of that calendar month. Subsequent payments are charged automatically on the 1st of each following month.
We may modify subscription pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' written notice of any price increase before it takes effect on your subscription. Continued use of the service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect the outstanding amount up to three times over a 7-day period. If payment remains unsuccessful after this period, your subscription may be suspended until payment is received.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 30 days' written notice to support@streamdesk.live. The service will remain active and your final month will be billed normally during the notice period. No refunds are issued for partial months or unused coverage hours.
Traclin Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel or suspend your subscription at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in abusive conduct toward our staff, or use the service in a manner that violates applicable laws or platform policies.
Following a successful subscription and completion of onboarding, we will assign a trained assistant to your account within 24 hours. An onboarding call will be scheduled within 48 hours of assignment to align on your preferences, rules, and goals.
Coverage hours are allocated per calendar month and do not roll over. Hours not used within a given month are forfeited. It is your responsibility to schedule and notify your assistant of planned live sessions within the agreed timeframes.
While we make every effort to provide uninterrupted service, StreamDesk does not guarantee 100% uptime or availability. In the event of an assistant being unavailable, we will endeavour to provide a replacement with minimal disruption. No refunds are issued for service interruptions of less than 24 hours.
Our service operates within third-party platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Twitch). We are not responsible for disruptions caused by changes to platform policies, features, or technical infrastructure beyond our control.
You agree not to use StreamDesk to:
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.
All content produced by StreamDesk assistants in relation to your channel — including but not limited to chat messages, engagement prompts, and post-live reports — is provided for your operational use. Traclin Pte Ltd retains no ownership claim over your channel content, branding, or streaming materials.
The StreamDesk name, logo, website, and service materials are the intellectual property of Traclin Pte Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent.
Our assistants may have access to non-public information about your channel, audience, and revenue. We treat this information as confidential and instruct our staff accordingly. We will not share individual creator data with third parties except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Traclin Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Traclin Pte Ltd in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
StreamDesk is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including increases in viewership, donations, or gift revenue.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiations between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to your registered address at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Traclin Pte Ltd regarding your use of StreamDesk.
